Advise

My advisory work begins with a rigorous benchmark of every fresh release from OpenAI, Google, Meta, and Microsoft: capability, latency, cost, security posture, and the hardware roadmaps that support them. I weave those data points into bespoke competitive research, revealing exactly where your peers sit and how upcoming silicon advances will bend price curves and expand token limits.

Next, I translate technology into human terms. Using a living role-impact matrix tied to O*NET and other labor data sources, I show which job families feel the earliest pressure, where augmentation delivers the quickest lift, and how new skill paths emerge. Scenario models and ROI calculators turn these insights into board-ready numbers.

All of this feeds my AI Journey framework, which charts the path from Assistants to Agents, and eventually Role Transformations, at your business. Benchmarks, workforce insights, and governance constraints are mapped onto phased roadmaps for model selection, data architecture, security controls, hardware scaling, and talent transition. Reference builds and curated prompt libraries prove value within weeks, while cohort coaching, office hours, and executive war rooms turn early adopters into internal champions. Live dashboards track autonomy rates, override frequency, adoption, and cost avoidance so leaders see momentum in real time.

Engagements run on fixed-fee or retainer pricing with clear timelines and continuous research briefs that keep strategy current as the market shifts. The result is an organization that knows its exact place on the AI journey, moves faster than competitors, and empowers its people to scale generative AI safely and profitably.

Change does not happen in strategic recommendations.  That is where I start. Real change happens on the floor, in Teams chats, and in the late-night scramble when a pilot needs to ship by morning, and a deck delivered to the Board. That is where I work, and I measure adoption and utilization every step of the way.

I bring two decades of ops leadership, Six Sigma rigor, and live generative-AI deployments at Fortune 50 scale. In addition to a lifetime of leading groups through technical change, I've led on the corporate side of it. People trust the guidance because I have carried P&L, run call centers, led professional services groups. I translate between code, compliance, and culture because I've lived, and more importantly, remembered the change lessons that always matter.

Retained Services ("AI Sherpa")

  • Standing office hours and ad-hoc “white-glove” sessions for any team that hits a wall
  • Rapid prototypes and reference builds so ideas move from whiteboard to working demo in days
  • Governance and ethics playbooks shaped to your data, your regulators, your appetite for speed
  • Cohort-based training that turns early adopters into peer coaches and future AI managers
  • Executive shadowing on key decisions, supplying the data stories and risk framing leaders need
  • Provide expert data science practices to ensure transparent measurement of gain, every step of the way

The result is momentum. Front-line staff see wins they created, middle managers learn to steer AI safely, and the C-suite gets a roadmap tied to hard numbers. Your organization grows its own capability instead of renting it. I call that a true transformation, and I guide it every step of the way.

Educate

I create practical learning paths in generative AI for every audience: executives, analysts, teachers, seniors, and high-school STEM clubs. Programs run from focused two-hour primers to ten-week labs and enterprise bootcamps, each matched to industry needs and risk posture. I have taught operations management, data science, and change management for decades and can translate technical change in any industry language.

Education Tracks
• Literacy – hands-on workshops that turn newcomers into capable generative ai users. Topics covered include AI literacy, prompting, modalities, agent design, governance concepts.
• Manager-to-Architect (Upskilling) – cohort training that equips line leaders to run pilots, shape governance, and scale responsibly. AI Manager skills informed with proven operations management disciplines.
• Community – I also design and facilitate public or nonprofit sessions that bring equitable access to AI tools. Please reach out to me to discuss.

Every session blends live demos, curated exercises, tuned agents for further learning, and clear guidance on ethics and safety.

I still speak at conferences and client town halls when it advances the learning agenda, but education is the product. The outcome is a workforce ready to spot an AI opportunity, design a safe pilot, and deliver results with confidence.
