    Introduce generative AI to your company, your leadership team, or your customers the right way.  I lead multi-hour sessions to introduce AI literacy, demonstrate use cases specific to your industry, and engage your team with hands-on applications using free AI tools.  Extended Q and A time included, either structured or unstructured.
     
  2. AI Blueprint
    6–8 leadership interviews, 12-month Phase 1 roadmap, governance and data templates, starter agent. Outcomes: formal report-out, priority use cases, alignment, policy kit.
     
  3. Human in the Loop
    0.5–1 day per week embed, tranche assistant training for 10–20 staff over 8 weeks, prompt library and mini-GPT builds, weekly metrics huddles. Outcomes: employees as AI Ambassadors, consistent adoption reporting, 10–20% productivity gains, train-the-trainer cadre, over half of Phase 1 executed.
     
  4. AI Guide
    Fractional CAIO time, end-to-end agent and workflow design, multiple assistant training waves, context engineering, KPI dashboard and exec reporting, change-management ownership.
