My work is building that readiness: the strategic plans, the governance, the training programs, and the applied automations that turn AI from an experiment into how work gets done.

Through Paramis, I work at every level. I advise leadership on AI transformation roadmaps, design governance policies for regulated environments, train teams through structured multi-week programs, and sit at desks to co-build automations. The same person who presents the three-year plan also builds the first working prototype. That continuity is what makes adoption stick.

I bring two decades of leading operational and technology transformations in healthcare, banking, and enterprise services. That background in Six Sigma, change management, and enterprise transformation means I treat AI adoption the way it should be treated: as a real transformation program with phased milestones, measurable outcomes, and governance that holds up under scrutiny.
